Techno Witch is an old character, i find her hair is very hard to draw. Anyway incase youre interested, some profile.

Reair Satsuki
Age: 18
Occupation: A professional assassin and a part time mercenary.
Background: She is the main character of IFS, she is a professional mercenary sponsored by her organization ARCHTECH, her suit is called the Viper Alpha suit, later her suit is outfit with a secret ability to stop time momentarily and cause a temporal shift.

She is a cold blooded killer who only thinks about money regardless of how many innocent people get involved. She used to be in a special organization who train assassins from young called Vipers, but the organization was discovered and due to human rights violation, the organization was disbanded. Most of the Viper girls trained were put down and some managed to escaped by themselves, Reair was the only one which was taken in by ARCHTECH because she was the best among all of them.

Occupation: An tehno engineered human created by G-Vadan to counter the strength of opposing mercenary groups who are armed with overpowered military capability. However after a while, she became self independent and wishing for her own control and freedom, she quietly defected and works for an arms dealer who sells weapons and prologues war.
Character:

She is an evil woman who loves to manipulate people and information, she can also manipulate the media and hack into secret secret information. She is very powerful however many people are sent out to killed her but often failed. No one really knows where she is.
